Hiring for: Appliance Service Tech

1+ years of on-site technical experience

Location: Mounds View, MN

Full-time, Monday-Friday

$25-$35/hour DOE 

Duties:

Ability and experience to diagnose and fix all standard household appliances.

• Handle 8-12 service calls per day.
• Diagnose and repair a wide range of household appliances, including refrigerators, dishwashers, ovens, stoves, washing machines, and dryers.
• Must provide excellent customer service and support. 
• Troubleshoot and resolve unexpected issues.
• Document each step for historical reference. 
• Follow-up with customers to ensure 100% satisfaction with all work completed. 
• Communicate with team as more parts and equipment are needed. 

Requirements:

• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable with continuous work both within office and at client location.
• Have valid driver's license. 
• Lift up to 40 lbs, be able to push up to 200 lbs refrigerator out of the way.
• High school diploma. Appliance repair tech degree would be great but not required.
• 1+ year of appliance repair experience.
