• Utilize the following equipment to fabricate various products: Laser, Press Brake, Roller, Tube Bender, Lathe, Drill Press, Mill, Saw, Hand Plasma
• Self-inspect and evaluate the quality of fabricated products prior to next step in manufacturing process
• Keep work area clean, organized and follow 5S guidelines
• Actively participate in the company’s continuous improvement efforts by identifying and communicating potential process improvements
• Ability to work in a team environments
• Flexibility and willingness to adapt to frequently changing priorities and tasks

• High School Graduate or equivalent
• 2-3 years of press brake set-up and operations
• Experience in overhead crane and forklift use
• Competent in blueprint reading
• Ability to demonstrate basic math functions and problem-solving skills
• Ability to properly identify different types of materials – Steel, aluminum, stainless
• Physical ability to lift up to 50lbs and frequently bend, stand, twist, turn and operate overhead equipment
• Strong attention to detail and concentration towards tasks at hand
