Express Employment is looking for a Service Technician Specialist / Customer Service Representative to join a reputable company in the Forest Lake area Directly. This person will work to support the daily operations of the Service Department. Office hours are 7:00AM to 3:30PM.

The ideal candidate is a high-energy individual with excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail and the ability to communicate effectively in written and verbal communications.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage all incoming service requests via phone and email for Plumbing, Heating, Ventilation and Cooling, (HVAC) and Drain Cleaning. 
2. Prepare, send, and save proposals as needed. (4-5 daily average). 
3. Input all information in Salesforce-based dispatch software. 

Requirements:

• 3 years of office experience is required.
• Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment 
• Positive, high-energy attitude
• Resourcefulness, creativity, and problem-solving skill set
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook, Excel and Word.
