2nd Shift Line Cook

2nd Shift 2pm-10:30pm or 3pm-11pm 

Job Duties/Responsibilities:

Responsible for the Asian cuisine
Preparation of all items needed for both hot and cold lines. 
Responsible for checking inventory items in the freezer and refrigerator. 
Working together with Chef to maintain all items in the kitchen. 
Cleaning all areas of work station. 
Ability to work with other Employees and help train as needed. 
Prepare salads, slice meats, prepare sandwiches and breading food items. 
Setting up buffets and the lines. 
Prep and work the line.

Must have knife skills and produce a consistent product.

Must be flexible. Must be willing to work hard and learn new tasks. Must be able to follow direction of Chef and other Supervisors

Experience Required:

Would prefer culinary student with 1 to 2 years kitchen or prep experience.

Must have at least 2 years of line cooking experience.

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to lift 25 to 50 lbs on a regular basis.
